Report on One Day Training Programme on Basics of Credit Management and Exchange of Soiled/ Mutilated Notes for UCB Staff on 27.05.2025
Telangana State Co-op Urban Banks Federation conducted one day training program on Basics of Credit Management and Exchange of Soiled/Mutilated Notes for UCB Staff on 27th May 2025 in order to enhance the skills of UCB Staff in these areas of Credit Management and handling of Soiled/Mutilated/Fake currency notes.
Sri Pramod Kumar Kedia, Vice President of Telangana Federation presided the meeting and advised the participants to utilise the program for their improvement. Federation is doing every effort for the skill development of UCB staff and the trainees are advised to make use of this programme to their personal growth and ultimately to back growth.
Sri G Madana Gopala Swamy, Working President of Telangana Federation mentioned that federation is taking lot of pains to conduct these programmes and the participants must aware of these and show full attention and learn the concepts for their growth. This learning is not enough, at the same time execution of the learning tips in the day to day operations is must.
Sri P. Adinarayana Reddy, Chief General Manager, Rajadhani UCB in this address mentioned that unless you write it on a paper, your understanding is not adequate. Hence he advised make a practice of writing the learned things.
CEO Krishna Murthy thanked the dignitaries on the dais for their valuable and motivating speeches and assured to deliver the contents of the course to the participants intact and advised the participants to make use of the programme for their best. Then the floor is open for the faculty Sri VV Ramana Rao, DGM Retired, Indian Bank and Sri DSV Ratnakar Rao, AGM Retired, Reserve Bank of India.
At the end, the feedback given by the participants, it was mentioned that the course was very useful and today they had excellent experience of knowing, the soiled/mutilated notes. They assured to stand up to the expectation after returning to the branches.
