Report on One Day Training on Banking Orientation Program for UCB Staff
Telangana State Co-op Urban Banks Federation conducted one day training program Banking Orientation for UCB staff on 15th May 2025 in order to create awareness on various Banking Related Acts, basics about Deposits, Advances.
Sri Vemireddy Narasimha Reddy President of Telangana Federation presided the meeting and advised the participants to utilise the program for their improvement as most of the participants are less than 6 months old in the UCBs.
Sri G Madana Gopala Swamy, Working President of Telangana Federation mentioned that federation is taking all measures for the enlightenment of the UCB staff and the staff are advised to utilise the training sessions for their progress and to become strong bankers. .
Sri Pramod Kumar Kedia, Vice-President of Telangana Federation praised the federation efforts for organising regular trainings to the UCB staff without charging any participation fee. With an intention to encourage the federation to conduct more and more such trainings, from his Agrasen Coop Urban Bank, provided Rs.1.00 lac from Common Good fund and another Rs.50,000 from Education fund to the federation. Federation overwhelmed for his kind act and planned a series of trainings during this year 2025-26.
CEO Krishna Murthy thanked the dignitaries on the dais for their valuable and motivating speeches and assured to stand up to their expectations to make the participants during the training. Then the floor is open for the faculty Sri VV Ramana Rao, DGM Retired, Indian Bank and Sri DSV Ratnakar Rao, AGM Retired, Reserve Bank of India.
At the end, in the feedback given by the participants it was mentioned that the course was very useful for the newly recruited staff and today they had excellent experience of knowing the so many unknown concepts. They assured to stand up to the expectation after returning to the branches.
